[07 July 2008 @ 5:55am] shitlist [magnolianight] My roommates baby has early stages of pneumonia and she woke me up at four am asking if I would go with her to the hospital. I think its an emergency so I get up and she's just chillin around... about fifteen minutes later gets directions to the hospital (not even the closest one) and puts some cuter pajamas on the kid. I'm pissed because I have to wake up that early every day this week, it was my one day to sleep in. So we get there and there's nothing even wrong with the baby. She was "concerned because he was breathing heavy" and he's bouncing around, breathing just fine. Not even a fever. So on the way home she almost missed the turn so I told her to turn. She turns.... And then told me I'm an idiot because I'm taking her the wrong way. Umm, no. I take that way all the time. And then goes "oh.... maybe this is the right way" without even apologizing. So after that I try to fall asleep and she almost gets hit because she's not looking at peoples' turn signals. We get home safely and she doesn't even thank me for hauling my butt out of bed for an unnecessary hang out at the hospital. Not to mention I have to work today, I'm still recovering from operation and I only slept more than 3 hours once in the past 9 days. It's light out now, and I really suck at going to sleep when its light out. cmnt
